| | 1. | How do I know what size of food to give | | | The size of food given relates to the size of your snake.The food item should be no bigger than 1.5 times the diameter of the widest part of the snakes body.Please feel free to ask when in the shop . | | | Return to Top
| | 2. | How often will my snake shed its skin? | | | Snakes as hatchlings shed approximately every 4-6 weeks.As the snake grows the time between sheds increases. It is not reccomended that you feed your snake at this time however if you haven't noticed the 'blue phase' some snakes do feed whereas others refuse to feed at this time. | | | Return to Top

| | 4. | My hatchling wont feed | | | There are various reasons why a hatchling (or adult) wont feed.Firstly in a hatchling it can be related to shedding , temps too high or something simple like therenot being enough temperate hides to make it feel secure.(i.e. hides at both the cool/warm end of enclosure) or simply that the hatchling is in an enclosure thats too big.There are too many factors to mention here but advice is always available in store.Please feel free to ask.Visits can be arranged to check your set up for you within reasonable travelling distance. | | | Return to Top
